All prices are subject to availability and may change until full payment is received and confirmation is issued. Tickets are sold for specific dates and times. For bus tours, boarding and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. While Dyker Heights Christmas Lights strives to provide timely service, it cannot guarantee departure and arrival times, which may be affected by various factors. Dyker Heights Christmas Lights assumes no liability or responsibility for conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tours.
Booking Confirmation and Departure Point:
You must present your ticket voucher to the staff during check-in. Both paper and mobile tickets are acceptable. The tour details and ticket voucher will be available for printing after purchase and will be sent to the email address provided. Departure details are included in the booking confirmation email. We are not responsible for guests who arrive after the tour departure time or for any personal items left behind on the bus.
Refund Policy on All Tours:
Tours may be canceled for a refund up to one week before departure. Cancellations made within one week but at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour’s departure time are non-refundable. A 4% ticketing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
